Business Spotlight: Fisher and Co.

Tazewell County’s Fisher and Company restaurant stands out — quite literally! Located in an open field along Pisgah Road across from the Historic Crab Orchard Museum, the restaurant and catering business is family-friendly with a variety of culinary creations. 

As a staple and fan-favorite of the business, BBQ is served in many forms at Fisher and Co., from sliders to asian chow mein wraps and nachos. But that’s just the beginning of their magnificent selection of hearty entrees, sides, and salads. 

Recently featured dishes have included pan-seared grouper over garlic smashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables, open-faced roast beef, crab cake sandwiches, and turkey bacon pesto on ciabatta. Yum!
