Citizens for the Arts

CART is a community endeavor to support the performing arts.  Each year CART, administered by the Richlands Area Chamber of Commerce, brings an exciting and professional variety of performances to enhance the quality of living in the area.  For a current schedule, check the events calendar for the county.  For more information click on the CART website.
