Lincolnshire Park
This wonderful park in North Tazewell has swimming, tennis, picnicking and fishing facilities. The Kidzown playground was built almost entirely by community volunteers and is a great example of neighbors helping neighbors in Tazewell County.
Cavitt’s Creek and Lake Jack Witten
Cavitt’s Creek & Lake Jack Witten Recreation Areas beckon to camping enthusiasts with the perfect combination of unspoiled natural beauty and the practical features that make life easy. Sanders House
The Sanders House is a historical treasure, preserving aspects of past and contemporary grace. Tours of the Sanders House are available April 15th through October 15th. A nominal fee is charged. Groups of ten will be discounted. House and grounds are available for meetings, weddings, and all other celebratory occasions.

Bailey Log Cabin
The Bailey Log Cabin is housed on the grounds of the Sanders House in Bluefield, Virginia. One of the first structures that was erected in Tazewell County by settlers, it was originally situated about a mile from its current location. Moved several times over the past couple of centuries, it was finally rescued and made a public museum to educate visitors on the pioneer days of our past. Open for tours by appointment.
